Madam Gabriella Tetteh, Central Regional Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has shared the party’s reaction to the passing of former Greater Accra Regional Chairman, Hon. Joseph Kobina Ade Coker.
Speaking in an interview on Denkyiraman Radio’s National Agenda on June 2, Gabriella revealed that the former chairman had been unwell for some time. Despite hopes for his recovery, he sadly passed away on the evening of May 31, according to information from his family.
She described Hon. Ade Coker as a kind and approachable leader whose death is a great loss to both his family and the nation.
Gabriella further announced that while arrangements for his final rites are yet to be finalized, a book of condolence has been opened at his residence to allow supporters and well-wishers to pay their respects in an orderly manner.
