Police in Begoro are on the lookout for a guest house owner, known as “James Bond,” accused of killing his girlfriend, Koryo, at BJ Tech Guest House in Ehiamankyene.
The victim, a popular market food vendor, reportedly had a child with the suspect. Family sources say the relationship was secret and opposed by her relatives.
The incident occurred on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, when Koryo visited the guest house and never returned. Her younger brother found her in a pool of blood and alerted their parents.
Police retrieved the body on Thursday evening, November 13, and investigations are ongoing. Meanwhile, community tensions escalated after some youths set the suspect’s motorbike on fire. Authorities urge calm as the manhunt continues.
