All is set for the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) in the Upper Denkyira East Municipal for final year students of the Junior High Schools.
The examination is scheduled to commence on Monday, July 8 and end on Monday, July 15, 2024, at all centres across the country.
Examination Coordinator in the Upper Denkyira East municipality, Mr. Alex Ackaah in an interview with Denkyiraman’s National Agenda with Chief Justice spoke on behalf of the municipal’s Education Service.
He said Head Teachers and Students in Upper Denkyira East are ready to face all protocols of the BECE.
Mr. Alex Ackaah indicated that his department have been able to provide necessary information, guidance and education to the Teachers and Students towards the Exams.
He added that 2,360 Candidates from 92 Schools have been registered within the municipality.
Mr. Ackaah said the candidates were registered from 54 and 38 public and private schools, respectively.
“38 out of the 92 schools are private and 54 being public schools”, he noted.
He said the exams would be conducted in 8 centres, consisting of invigilators, supervisors, and assistant supervisors among others.
