Hon. Bryan Acheampong has appealed for unity and discipline within the New Patriotic Party (NPP) as the party navigates its internal contest, stressing that its strength has always stemmed from dignity and togetherness, not division.
In a statement, the Abetifi MP acknowledged the barrage of personal attacks and falsehoods directed at him, but emphasized that his focus remains on restoration rather than retaliation. He described the contest as one of ideas, leadership, and vision, underscoring the need to treat it with respect.
Acheampong called on his supporters to refrain from intemperate language, personal attacks, and the circulation of false materials. He urged members to conduct themselves in ways that heal and inspire, affirming that their collective mission goes beyond campaigning to rebuilding and uniting the NPP for the future.
