The Women’s Wing of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ahafo Ano South West constituency has raised concerns about the Electoral Commission of Ghana’s declaration of results favouring the NPP parliamentary candidate in their constituency.
According to the Women’s Wing of the NDC, they plan to demonstrate their seriousness in securing the parliamentary seat by walking naked from the district to the national office of the NDC.
The Constituency Women Organizer, Adwoa Owusuwaa, questioned where the Electoral Commission obtained the results for 11 polling stations that were initially missing but later declared in favour of the NPP parliamentary candidate.
Madam Adwoa Owusuwaa has called on the national executives of the NDC to work diligently to reclaim the parliamentary seat for the constituency.
