On Saturday, 7th September 2024, at midnight, the hand of a thief got stuck to the roof of a gold buyer’s kitchen at Dunkwa Kyekyerwere Station in the Central Region.
The owner of the gold kitchen had been experiencing thefts and sought help from a spiritualist to catch the culprits. Following the spiritualist’s instructions, a man was discovered hanging by the window with his right hand stuck to the roof.
Residents gathered as the thief, in agony, called for help. Despite their presence, the suspect remained hanging throughout the night. It wasn’t until the next morning when the owner of the gold kitchen arrived to perform some rituals to free him.
