At the Thanksgiving Service held in honor of his successful enstoolment and coronation, Odeefuo Boa Amponsem IV, Denkyirahene, reaffirmed his commitment to promoting peace, unity, and truth within Denkyira and beyond.
Addressing the gathering, Odeefuo Boa Amponsem IV stated that his reign would focus on uniting all factions within the chieftaincy institution, emphasizing that he came not to condemn anyone but to unify the people for progress. He highlighted the importance of reconciliation and collective advancement, calling on all Denkyiras to work together to restore the area’s dignity and heritage.
Odeefuo Boa Amponsem IV also appealed to the clergy for their ongoing prayers and spiritual guidance, noting that leadership requires divine direction and wisdom. He expressed sincere gratitude to all Christian communities and religious leaders who have supported him since his installation.
In her remarks, the Queen Mother of Denkyira, Nana Ama Ayensua Saara III, expressed appreciation to the media, politicians, and especially the siblings of the late Odeefuo Boa Amponsem III for their steadfast support during and after the coronation period. She acknowledged their contributions toward ensuring a peaceful and successful transition of leadership.
