Former President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has inaugurated a new constituency office of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in Bantama, one of the party’s most influential and loyal bases in the Ashanti Region.
The project, spearheaded by Bantama MP Francis Asenso-Boakye, represents a major investment in strengthening the party’s grassroots machinery and ensuring effective coordination ahead of future political contests.
Speaking at the commissioning on Friday, September 19, Mr. Asenso-Boakye said the facility symbolizes his appreciation to both the NPP and the people of Bantama.
The event drew leading party stalwarts, including former President John Agyekum Kufuor, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, and several regional and national executives.
Bantama has long been regarded as a political heartbeat of the NPP, known for its strong voter support and influential leaders. The new constituency office is therefore expected to serve as a rallying ground for strategy, mobilization, and continued loyalty to the party’s cause.
