The Special Assistant to the Transport Minister,Mr. Rudolph Amoako Gyampah has been elected as the Upper Denkyira West New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary candidate for the 2024 general election.
At the end of the Contest Mr. Rudolph Amoako Gyampah, polled 232 votes, followed closely by Hon. Daniel Appianin, who also polled 225 votes, while the D.C.E for Upper Denkyira West, Hon. Richmond Koduah, also grabbed 60 votes and Thomas Korang also grabbed 29 Votes.
A total valid votes casted was 546.
The election which was held at Diaso was orderly and peacefully and was supervised by the Electoral Commission.
Mr. Rudolph Amoako Gyampah, in his acceptance speech thanked Npp delegates for the honor done him. He promised to bring all the aspirants together for victory in 2024.
All the Candidates after the Election accepted the results in good faith and pledged to offer their full support to the newly elected parliamentary candidate.
