The Western Central Regional Police have arrested Yahaya Seidu for unlawful possession of a locally manufactured pistol and ammunition at Aponteng Krom.
According to a police statement, the suspect was found in possession of the weapon but failed to provide any legal documentation or explanation for carrying it.
A subsequent search revealed a locally manufactured pistol and two live cartridges. Seidu is currently in police custody and assisting with ongoing investigations.
