It’s four months to the start of the Total Energies African Cup of Nations tournament in Cote d’Ivoire.
With 24 teams already booking their place for the tournament, Ghana stands a chance to participate in its 10th consecutive AFCON tournament as they hope to change fortunes under new manager Chris Hughton, after an abysmal performance from the last edition in Cameroon.
Ghana is however seeded in Pot 2 for the tournament alongside Nigeria, Cameroon, Mali, Burkina Fas,o and Dr. Cango as they are set either Ivory Coast, Morocco, Senegal, Egypt, Tunisia, and Algeria in the group stage.
The draw is set to take place in Cote d’Ivoire on October 12, 2023.
