The Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, is set to resume his mediation efforts in the Bawku crisis, bringing renewed hope for lasting peace in the region.
According to a recent press release from the Manhyia Palace, the mediation sessions will take place from April 28 to May 1, 2025, at the palace in Kumasi.

This initiative follows President John Mahama’s assurance that the peace process would continue under the leadership of the Asantehene.
