The running mate for the New Patriotic Party’s flagbearer, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh (NAPO) giving his speech at his outdoor rally, on Tuesday, June 9, said he has paid his dues by serving and he is confidently optimistic about his prospects for the country in his term as Vice President, working together with Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
“I advise every youth serving in the party to do with with all their heart and dignity. Every leader served before being given the mantle of power, therefore it pays to serve to be served”, he said.
Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh also touching on the issue of “Dumsor” said there’s never been a load shedding but all this while it’s been “Dum sie sie”.
He continued to applaud Nana Addo for his heartfelt and firm decision on developing various strategies for sectors;
He stressed that under President Akufo-Addo’s leadership, Ghana has seen substantial progress in various sectors, including education, healthcare, infrastructure, and the economy.
Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh, running mate of the New Patriotic Party’s flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia says no president, not even the revered first President of Ghana, Dr Kwame Nkrumah, has developed Ghana like the current President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
He indicated that President Akufo-Addo’s accomplishments by far are unmatched.
NAPO lauded the President’s development initiatives and transformative leadership.
