The President of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo Addo during the Outdoor ceremony of the New Patriotic Party’s running mate for the Candidate Alhaji Bawumia at the Manshyia Palace has officially given his blessing to his incoming successors.
The President noted that he firmly believes in Dr. Bawumia and his running mate Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh to do a diligent work and serve the people of Ghana wholeheartedly.
Nana Addo Danquah boldly stated that he has worked with both men, with NAPO as an Education Minister and Dr. Bawumia as his Vice President and he can attest to the wisdom and knowledge of both men in the leadership roles.
He expressed his gratitude to the Asantehene Otumfuor Osei TutuII for accepting them on his land and also helping him through his tenure as President of Ghana.
President Akuffo Addo asked for the King’s blessing for his successors as they embark on the journey of leadership.
