The former talismanic midfielder of Asante Kotoko? Francis Akwafo a.k.a Totti has observed that the fear that comes with playing Kotoko in the early days is no longer looking at the quality of players at disposal.
He made this comment when he was quizzed about his view on the current dip in the form of his former side.”I think the fear factor in the team is no more because now smaller teams who play against Asante Kotoko are more confident than these current players”.
He asserted that until the team gets quality in their squad and starts scoring, teams will continue to hunt them even in their favourite Kumasi sports stadium.
Asante Kotoko lost to Nations FC at the Babayara sports stadium in week 23 of the ongoing GPL and sits in the 9th position of the league log.
