The black stars of Ghana met their unfortunate defeat in the ongoing 2023 Afcon at Ivory Coast with 2-1 against Ghana.
Head coach of the Ghana black stars, Chris Houghton after the match in an interview with Denkyiraman Radio online correspondent commended the players and said they were well prepared for the game but it was unfortunate that luck wasn’t on their side.
The head coach stated it wasn’t their intention to disappoint Ghanaians in their first game, therefore he assures the team would analyze their performance and mistakes that were made and deliver a positive result in the next game.
Chris Houghton ended by saying that Ghanaians should take heart and look forward to them qualifying for the next stage
