The Municipal Chief Executive for Wassa Amenfi East Municipality, Hon. Frederick Korankye, in the early hours of Tuesday,16th July 2024, inspected some on going projects in the Municipality.
Hon. Frederick Korankye first inspected the construction of a Mechanized borehole at Dekoto which is part of phase 3 of Amenfi East water project being funded by DPAT ASSESSMENT FUND. In all, 16 communities will benefit from the phase 3 of the Amenfi East water project.
The MCE again made a stop over at Beposo to inspect same Mechanized borehole and Gifec Rural telephony project. At Beposo Hon. MCE assured the elders and the community of the completion and connectivity of their Rural Electricification Project and Gifec telephony project as well as their long standing school project started in 2013 by GETFUND.
Finally Hon. Frederick Korankye inspected another water project at Sunkwa near Abotreye in Bawdie electoral Area.
The Hon. Frederick Korankye was accompanied by the Municipal Planning officer, Municipal Works engineer- Ing. Korankye Taylor, Municipal transport officer, the contractor (Wapivan ventures) and some Constituency Executives of the NPP in wassa Amenfi East.
