The Denkyira Kyekyewere Traditional Council together with the Denkyira Traditional Council in Upper Denkyira East of the Municipality of the Central Region has today installed Nana Afia Fosuaa Kesse II, as Queen Mother of Kyekyewere.
On the Other Hand Berima Akwesi Asare was also nominated as the incoming Chief to lead Denkyira Kyekyewere.
Nana Afia Fosuaa II acknowledged the presence of her subjects, as she thanked them for the Glory bestowed on her.
She also urged them to support her massively in all her efforts to improve the Kyekyewere Township.
The people of Denkyira Kyekyewere expressed their gratitude to Denkyiraman Radio, stating their happiness towards having a Queen Mother and yet to be instilled Chief.
They thanked the Denkyira Traditional Council, and the Queen Mother Of Denkyira Nana Ama Ayensua Saara III, for making it possible for them to put tradition in place.
