Hon. Ken Agyapong appeals to his supporters to join him in supporting Vice President and Npp’s Presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia for the NPP to win the 2024 elections.
He met his supporters and former campaign team members during his Birthday celebration at his residence, apologizing for not informing them before joining the campaign tour of the Vice President and also endorsed Dr Bawumia as the best candidate for the presidency in 2025.
Hon. Kennedy also advised that his supporters would make peace with Dr. Bawumia as he has been chosen by the majority and hopefully will be elected President, therefore there shouldn’t be a “Ken supporter” and “Bawumia supporter” to ensure that there’s absolute peace during the 2024 general elections.
The Member of Parliament for Assin Central noted that he’s not parting ways with the New Patriotic Party to form an independent party, regardless of the numerous presumptions and pressures coming to him.
“Let’s all come together as one party body and keep a united upfront to ensure that we maintain our position”, he said.
Hon. Kennedy Agyepong asked his supporters to “throw in the towel” and start uniting with the supporters of Dr. Bawumia, starting the unity process with a toast and cheers to winning the coming elections from his Birthday celebration.
