The Municipal Chief Executive for Upper Denkyira East municipal, Hon. Ebenezer Appiah Forson has expressed his amusement over President Nana Addo Danquah’s nomination of the Member of Parliament for the Upper Denkyira East Constituency , Hon. Dr. Festus Awuah kwofie, as deputy Minister for Employment and labor relations.
The MCE who expressed these views in an exclusive interview with Denkyiraman radio .com said the position bestowed on the MP will yield better development in the constituency and Ghana at large.
“The MP is a hard worker and his effective efforts could limit a lot of problems especially unemployment in the constituency and the country, he said”
Hon. Appiah Forson further assured that the Member of Parliament will continue his routine visit within the constituency to check for the problems and progress so far in his tenure.
The MCE added that the new portfolio is a new challenge with its many opportunities.
