The Nurses Quarters built by the Upper Denkyira East Lawmaker in conjunction with the Municipal Assembly has been commissioned.
The project which is a four-bedroom self-contained quarters started last year.
The Upper Denkyira East Municipal Chief Executive Hon Ebenezer Forson together with the Member of Parliament Hon. Dr Festus Awuah Kwofie commissioned the ultra-modern nurse’s quarters on Friday, December 1.
The program welcomed dignitaries like the Municipal Chief Executive Hon Ebenezer Forson Appiah, Hon Dr Festus Awuah Kwofie, Chief of Denkyira Mmradan, Nana Kwame Kumah III, and other stakeholders who Grace the program.
Addressing the gathering, the upper Denkyira East MCE Hon Ebenezer Appiah Forson called on the Chiefs, Nurses and people of Mmradan to keep a close eye on the edifice.
The upper Denkyira East Municipal Health Director, Dr Daniel Acolor on his part pledged to maintain the nurse’s quarters. He promised to provide all the necessary medicines that the facility will need for proper and quality health care.
