Today marks the 18th year of the death of a Ghanaian actress Suzzy Williams whose saddened death occurred on the 8th September, 2005 in a fatal accident at the La-Teshie Nungua in Accra, Greater Accra
The actress, who was famous for her naughty and sexy roles in movies, died at the age of 23 when she was traveling with her Liberian boyfriend, Edwin Eastman in Mitsubishi Pajero, one of the most luxurious cars then.
Edwin Eastman, who was then a member of the Liberian R&B group, Soul Black had initially told the police that Suzzy was driving the vehicle when the accident occurred but it later emerged that he was behind the wheel at the time of the accident which occurred around 1.30 a.m. on Thursday, September 8, 2005.
Her demise was a big blow to the movie industry as she lost her life at a time where she had gained popularity.
